A claim is initiated by e-mailing a copy of the claims form to claims@armoralldealerproducts.com or by filling it online. Once received, the claims department will review said claim, usually deciding from 24-48 hours. Approved claims are repaired at the dealership of purchase or a detail shop within a reasonable distance. No out-of-pocket expense required for repair work.
Upon approval by the claims department, yes. A vehicle may be rented in the meantime which is reimbursed up to $50/day. Cost superseding that will be out of pocket.
Due to a product being applied on the vehicle, this will be considered a non-cancellable warranty. Once purchased, there can be no cancellation.
Absolutely you will still be covered. The claims process will make every effort to find a reasonably distanced detail shop to service the work.
Yes. To properly wash a vehicle with a ceramic coating, use a dedicated “ceramic safe” car wash soap with a neutral pH level, always hand wash using the two-bucket method, a soft microfiber wash mitt, and thoroughly rinse after each panel, avoiding direct sunlight while washing and ensuring you dry the car completely with a clean microfiber towel afterwards. We recommend using soft touch car washes if you choose to use that option.
It is possible to add wax to a ceramic coating yes, however it is not recommended. The product applied on your paint is a permanent coating, and everything wax does, your ceramic coating does even better. Adding a layer of wax will even diminish some of the hydrophobic properties of the ceramic coating. Do your own research if you decide to proceed.
It most certainly can. Click here to access the contract transfer form to switch it over to whoever you’ve sold this to.
