To file a claim, you may either call our Customer Service Department at 1- (844) 785-8930 during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Mon.-Fri.) or you may fill out a claim form online by clicking here.
A claim is initiated by either online clicking here or by calling into our office and e-mailing a completed copy of the claims form to claims@armoralldealerproducts.com. Pictures must be included for either method. Once received, the claims department will review said claim, and make a prompt response. Approved claims are repaired at the dealership of purchase or a detail shop within a reasonable distance. No out-of-pocket expense required for repair work.
Yes, upon approval by the claims department, a vehicle may be rented up to 10 days and reimbursable up to $50 per day. Rental coverage must be approved in advance by our claims department.
Due to this being a product warranty, it is non cancellable.
Absolutely you will still be covered. Our claims department will make every effort to find a reasonably distanced detail shop to service the work.
Yes. We recommend you follow the manufacturers suggestions on proper cleaning and maintenance of your vehicle. We recommend washing a vehicle with a neutral pH level car wash by hand. If you do need to use an automatic car wash, we recommend using a soft touch option.
Yes it is possible to wax your coated vehicle, however it is not necessary. Do your own research if you decide to proceed.
